The whole season on one screen. Blocks set how hard each week is, fixtures shape the weeks around your games, and every session on the calendar is yours to move.
A block says how hard the weeks in it are, how they rise and fall, and how many pitch and gym days each week carries. A flexible block stretches or shrinks so the blocks fill the season. Pick one to change it.
Replaces the blocks, the training days and the season dates. Sessions you have placed on days are kept, so use it before you start moving cards, not after.
A game shapes its own week. A must win game pulls the week to 86 percent of the block's normal week, a competitive game to 95, and a development game sits slightly above at 102. The day before, the day after and two days after are decided by the game, not by the plan.
The start is moved back to its Monday. If you are not sure of the biggest week, leave it as the template set it.
What each day is normally available for. The plan puts pitch work on pitch days and gym work on gym days, and never plans a session on a day marked off. Game days come from Fixtures, not from here.
A gym session counts at this length by its usual effort, 6 for a full session and 5 for a top up, so a longer gym session adds to the week's load. Sessions you have already placed or changed keep their own length.
Already set to the numbers most of the published work on training load uses. Most coaches never need to move them.
The season is saved on this device as you work. A file is your own copy for another device or for next year. A season saved from The Periodisation Plan opens here too.
